Data is intended for authorized teams of Xcrusher SAS and, where applicable, for its technical providers: hosting provider (Monarobase), site maintenance, transactional email tool, IT providers. No transfer to third parties for commercial purposes.

Some third-party tools may involve data transfer outside the European Union (e.g. Microsoft Office 365 for email). In such cases, Xcrusher SAS ensures appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses) or collects consent when required.

Security
Xcrusher implements technical and organizational measures to protect personal data: restricted access, HTTPS across the entire site, regular component updates, backups, secured administrator accounts (application password authentication, logging), and limited access to authorized personnel only.
